Simon’s Performance Center of Penndel, PA is one of the most respected Harley-Davidson performance tuning shops in the country. Owner Andy Simon, Sr. started drag-racing Harley-Davidsons in 1993, and by the end of that year; he was ranked #2 in the World and held the E.T. and M.P.H. World Record. For the next two years in 1994 and 1995, Andy Simon, Sr. shocked the world of Harley-Davidson drag-racing by winning two back-to-back World Championships, and breaking his own World Record in both E.T. and M.P.H. at almost every single event. Andy’s success in drag-racing turned into a full time career, and in the spring of 1995, Andy Simon, Sr. opened his shop to focus on one thing: Performance!
With their wealth of experience in tuning, it’s safe to say that the guys at Simon’s know a thing or two about building top notch racing motors for the street and for the track. And Simon’s trusts Dynacycle oil to provide the lubrication required for these demanding applications!
In 2003, Simon’s conducted a series of tests on their Dynojet 250 dynamometer, using a Stage 1 H-D Sportster 1200 as a mule. The objective was to find out how Dynacycle performed when compared to a popular conventional 20W/50 oil sold by Revtech.

Just by changing the oil to Dynacycle, Simon’s unleashed 3.5 more horsepower (a 5.8% gain) and 3.8 more pounds of torque (a 6.0% gain). Further, in back-to-back road testing following the dyno run, the Sportster mule netted 4.3 more miles per gallon (a 9.5% increase) and ran 18 degrees cooler (on a 10 degree hotter day) compared to the baseline testing with Revtech conventional oil.
In the world of performance lubrication, marketing hype doesn’t matter – only real-world results do. And Dynacycle’s impressive showing on Simon’s dyno and in actual riding tests speak for themselves. The best tuning shops like Simon’s Performance Center trust Dynacycle Oil to provide the best protection in demanding applications – and so should you.
