Retailer Requirements:
- Complete our retailer application (online or by fax / mail)
- Fax us a copy of your Tax ID / Business License (for sales tax exemption)
- Fax us a copy of your Yellow Pages advertisement
- Fax us a copy of your Business Card

TO BECOME AN AUTHORIZED DYNACYCLE OIL DEALER,
YOUR 1ST ORDER ONLY NEEDS TO BE FOR 1 CASE
AFTER THE INITIAL CASE, THERE IS
NO MINIMUM CASE ORDER REQUIREMENT, EVER!
After becoming an authorized retailer, your shop information; Business Name, Address, Phone
Numbers, and Website URL, will be added to our website's 'Retail Locations'.
NOTE: Before we will accept your company check, your first three orders MUST be paid by either
credit card or certified bank check.
IRON CYCLES INC. HOLDS THE SOLE RIGHTS AS "Owner and WORLD WIDE
DISTRIBUTOR" OF DYNACYCLE LUBRICANTS AND TO THE DISTRIBUTION OF
DYNACYCLE LUBRICANTS TO ANY AND ALL OF ITS AUTHORIZED RETAILERS
and DISTRIBUTORS.
ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED WILL BECOME PROPERTY OF IRON CYCLES INC.
AND WILL REMAIN STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL. IRON CYCLES INC. RESERVES
THE RIGHT TO DISCONTINUE ANY RETAILERS and/or DISTRIBUTOR IF ANY
INFORMATION PROVIDED IS FOUND TO BE FALSE.
